Ming Chuan Tourism Scores Again! Third Place and Merit Award at the 2025 Vanung Cup National “Low-Carbon Tourism in Taoyuan” Itinerary Planning Competition

  • Theme: “A New World for All Ages: Tea Aroma, Woodcraft, and Sea Breeze—A Family Trip”
  • Concept: “Family Travel × Low-Carbon Tourism × Edutainment,” designing a three-day low-carbon tour in Taoyuan that integrates local cultural experiences, environmental education, and sustainability.
  • Goal: Enable both children and adults to “learn through play and play through learning,” turning “low-carbon” and “sustainability” into practical actions in everyday travel.

  • Advisor: Ms. Ho, Yen-Ting
  • Theme: “Leisurely from Zhongli: Meandering Along Taoyuan’s Coastal Line”
  • Focus: Centered on ESG low-carbon tourism, the itinerary combines nature exploration, environmental education, and sustainable dining to create a youth-oriented light-travel green experience, allowing travelers to appreciate the sustainable charm of Taoyuan’s coastline at an unhurried pace.

These results showcase Ming Chuan Tourism’s hands-on capabilities and next-generation perspective in low-carbon tourism and ESG sustainability. We teach not only theory—we also encourage students to apply creativity and technology to write a new green chapter for the tourism industry.
