Ming Chuan Tourism Partners with the Tour Guide Association to Advance Digital and Innovative Professional Upgrading

Tour Guide Upgrade Mission! In-Service Training Courses Conclude with Great Success

This summer, Ming Chuan Tourism partnered with the Republic of China Tour Guide Association to host two highly practical professional courses, drawing dozens of tour guides and generating tremendous on-site momentum.

Morning Session

• Speaker: Mr. Chung Jen-Rong, Ming Chuan Tourism
• Topic: “Itinerary Planning and Guiding Techniques”
• Focus: From innovative thinking to real-world application—helping guides lead smoother tours and deliver higher traveler satisfaction.

Afternoon Session

• Speaker: Mr. Hsiao Chih-Yuan, AI Expert
• Topic: “How Can AI Turn Tour Guides into Superheroes?”
• Focus: Using AI for smart itinerary design, real-time information retrieval, and multimedia content production—achieving major efficiency gains.

Director Lin Yi-Hsien and Secretary-General Tu Hung-An (alumnus of Ming Chuan’s Professional Master’s Program in Tourism) encouraged continuous learning and affirmed the critical role of tour guides in the tourism industry.
