暑假的尾聲,讓優秀校友美英學姊的好消息炸醒大家吧!
學姊又在國際大賽中展現優異的烘焙才能榮獲金牌啦!
由新加坡廚師美食聯盟所舉辨2024新加坡餐飲挑戰賽(SICGCC),
共計有11個國家及500多位選手參賽,為新加坡頂尖國際餐飲賽事。
學姐以「想念的味道~台灣三酥」為題的作品參加觀光伴手禮展示比賽榮獲得金牌
同時也帶領學生田承慧以奶油裝飾蛋糕(刮花)參賽勇奪1金
大會比賽主席Cash Fong Chee Peng在會場中也提到,
這場來自世界各地的評審,
對於台灣選手的產品及菜色都非常的驚訝,
也對台灣的選手持平給予高度的肯定。
學姐的表現讓我們於有榮焉,
但校友們也開始擔心以後學姊的麵包與糕點難買了
