Ming Chuan Tourism Freshmen on the Move To help first-year students learn how to design journeys that truly move people, Professor Bi-Shen led a special “One-Day Experience” exclusively for tourism newcomers, in collaboration with our industry partner travel agency and the alumni-led Mountain & Water Tour Leader Team.
Experience Highlights:
- Persimmon-drying DIY
- Ranch barbecue
- Mission-based challenge games
At first a bit shy, our freshmen quickly switched to “full energy mode” under the guidance of senior mentors—teaming up to tackle tasks and cheering one another on. Even Director Yi-Hsien and homeroom teacher Mr. Shih-Hao exclaimed: “This activity flipped the freshmen’s passion switch—they’re really starting to look like tourism professionals!”
At Ming Chuan Tourism, learning doesn’t stop at the classroom. Every field experience is a starting point toward professionalism. From freshman to senior year, we guide students step by step to build industry vision and practical competence.
A class outing is more than an outing—it’s an extension of learning. Vibrancy and enthusiasm define tourism people; teamwork is our core spirit.
Welcome, Class of 114—let’s embark on an exciting tourism journey together!
